These Terms govern access to and use of the SILAC Platform, available via website and mobile application, and apply to all users who access or use it.
The Platform is primarily intended for professional operators and companies, without excluding the registration of non-professional users subject to approval by SILAC srl.
Access to prices and the possibility to submit orders are reserved exclusively for registered and authorized users.
To access the full functionality of the Platform, account registration is required.

SILAC srl reserves the right to approve, refuse or revoke any registration at any time, without obligation to provide justification, where it deems that access requirements are not met or in case of improper use of the Platform.
The user is responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

Payments are not processed through the Platform.
Payment methods are agreed directly between SILAC srl and the customer in accordance with established commercial terms.
SILAC srl operates internationally and may ship to various countries.
Any restrictions, transport costs, customs duties, taxes or other charges are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The user agrees to use the Platform exclusively for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

All Platform content, including texts, images, trademarks, logos, documents and technical materials, is the property of SILAC srl or of their respective owners.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Livorno (LI) - Italy, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
